The Center for Movement & Motherhood at Sunshine Studios Yoga is a dedicated space for prenatal and postnatal wellness, integrating functional movement, yoga, and medical expertise to support your body’s strength, balance, and recovery through every stage of motherhood.
Founded by Dr. Leigh Campbell, MD, a board-certified physician in Lactation Medicine, Pediatrics, and Neonatology, the Center bridges modern medicine with mindful movement.
Classes are grounded in the LYT Yoga® Method, created by physical therapist Lara Heimann, emphasizing neuromuscular connection , postural alignment, and core stability.
